Fire pump system is the key part for the vehicle to put out the fire and it is composed of fire pump, vacuum pump, pipeline of inlet and outlet, operating device and actuator etc.
Output power device of the actuator in the fire pump is equipped between engine and transmission. It gets strength from first axis, carries engine torque to output axis of actuator (PTO) through idler wheel and works through fire pump which is driven by transmission shaft of the pump. And there is pneumatic clutch in the output power device and its operation switch (associate pump switch) is installed in the cab so the driver can operate it easily.
